  1. What is MAIL IT?
    It's an online software program that allows you to create and design email campaigns for large customer/client distribution.
  2. When can I start using MAIL IT?
    Just about right away. Click here to make an order and one of the team will be in touch with your account details.
  3. How do I use MAIL IT?
    Login, pick an email template, put your content it and send to all your contacts. It's that easy.
  4. What support do you provide?
    We can provide initial start-up support, designing your company's email template, importing your contacts and much more.
  5. How can I contact you for support?

  6. How secure is my information?
    Very secure, all information is protected by passwords that only you know and all access to MAIL IT is encrypted. We encourage the use of strong passwords, containing numbers, upper and lower case characters as well as symbols. Changing them monthly is also best practice.
  7. How many emails can I send?
    It all depends how many you want to send. We don't impose any limits and you can see the prices here for each banding. If you want to send more than 20,000 per month, please contact us. The trial will give you a maximum of 1000 emails.
  8. Does MAIL IT require users to download anything, like a browser plug in?
    No. This product is completely self-contained and doesn't require any outside plugins or for you to download anything. MAIL IT works in Internet Explorer, FireFox, Safari, Chrome and most other modern browsers.
  9. Which editor does MAIL IT use for content and templates?
    It uses a great open source WYSIWYG HTML editor. This means it is extremely stable and reliable. It's cross browser, XHTML compatible and a has a whole host of great features.
  10. How do I access MAIL IT?
    You will be given a link to access MAIL IT and a personal username and password. Type in the details and you will have immediate access. In addition, you will be able to access it from any computer or network connection.

  11. What happens after the trial period?
    You will be contacted by a member of the team to see if you want to continue using MAIL IT. If so, your 1000 email limit will be removed.
  12. I want to make my campaign look like my website, is this possible?
    Of course, you can attempt this yourself (or by your current website/design team). If that's a problem, don't worry because our team will be happy to help. There is an extra charge for this service, starting from £45.
  13. How will I know my customers are viewing my email campaigns?
    MAIL IT has special reports and statistics of all the email campaigns you send. It therefore has the power to show you what emails were opened, how many were opened and forwarded, and even how many failed to reach your customers. Using the graphs you can visually see how effective your campaign was and highlight areas of improvement.
